Ticks all the Boxes
This my second device after the first was damaged by leaking batteries after many years of use(hint ; buy good quality alkaline). The price is good, it is easy to set-up, easy to read and provides, to me, an accurate assessment of the current weather and forecast of future trends. It is a great middle of the range weather stations. Well recommended.

good!
excellent now I have it operating . It would assist greatly to have a more overt warning in respect to initiating the device and timing in relation to battery placement

Great device
Easy to read; backlight easy to operate. Suggest humidity numeral size be slightly smaller than temperature numeral size for ease of distinction and suggest first decimal place of temperature numeral be a little smaller for greater clarification. Will buy again :)

Outstanding Product
The three units I recently purchased are gifts to my son in law and two grandchildren which I will give them when I see them in Canberra over Easter. I am sure they will be as happy as I am with mine.

Outstanding Product
This sensor gives me exactly what I want to know. The outside and indoor temperatures, the time, date and barometric pressure. I have not quite understood the latter yet. I think the leap year may have stumped it for I cannot change the date without changing the day. Otherwise I intend later in the year ordering one for my families. I would like an LED display as I use a torch to read it. I don't go out onto the verandah very often but the display of the temperature is very convenient. I would certainly recommendthis sensor for normal house hold use

Quality
I've had this weather station in use for several days now; it gives accurate temperature and humidity readings and has a pressure history. The transmitter relays the outdoor temperature. It's a fine station providing a good weather forecast. I can recommend it.

Excellent little weather station
The wireless feature is a big advantage over my previous unit that it replaced. I was able to locate the sending unit out of direct sunlight and finally get an accurate outdoor temperature reading. I am impressed by its accuracy and love the barometric trend and forecast.

Fantastic desktop weather station
I received this weather station as a birthday present and keep it on the counter in the kitchen for easy viewing. It has an excellent clear display with a very nice backlight. We have a number of thermometers around the place and it seems to be quite accurate. A friend of mine has a handheld humidity meter that he brought over one day and it matched up well with that too. Having the barometric pressure graph is a nice addition, most desktop stations like these only have the forecast function but being able to see the pressure changes over the last 24 hours allows you to make your own call which I like. It's fair to say that I'm no better than the built in forecast which seems to get it right more times than not which is pretty amazing for such an inexpensive device. Another thing I like is that the outdoor sensor has a readout on it which is handy when you're outside so you don't have to go in to the console to see the temperature and humidity. It comes with screws and I attached ours under one of the eaves of our house with the screws included with no problems. The min/max function is quite good and I have used that a few times to see what sort of lows we've had overnight. I don't really have a use for the weather alarms but again that's great functionality for the price I think. So I'd highly recommend the Aercus WS1173 if you're looking for a desktop station.
